Sire:  Manely's Tonic (Sablept.)  Dam: Bunny Hutch's Unbridled (Siamese Sable)
D.O.B:  Oct. 2007
This guy is really beautiful - mane, body, head, nice upright stance, nice rollback, small size... he's got many excellant qualities about him.  Just is double shaded genetically which Theresa helped me figure out.  So I'll keep him abit longer and then he's going to live in Oregon for awhile.  : ).
Mossy Possum's Graphite (Sablepoint)
Sire:  Cimmaron Taden (Tort)
Dam:  Gryffin's Door Eris (Tort)
DOB:  June 2007
I saw this guy on Becky's for sale page as a younger kit - emailed her to buy it, but was already sold to Kim of Maniacs rabbitry in CA.  Just after christmas I saw she was selling him (getting out of sablepoint colours) - so I made enquiries and we actually figured a way to get him to me via Tracy Reed and a  ride from St. Helen's show to upper Washington state.
This guy has a very thick and long mane, nice wide head and topline.  I remember Becky saying the whole litter had the most mane she had ever had in her kits.    Great colour and size and 2 BOV's already!  First  picture showing his nice wide head, compliments of Kim - the second two are here at 6.5 months age....
last two are at 14 months old... he grew back an awesome mane!  Taken off my for sale page when I saw the kits Bailey and him made together - seems like a perfect match body type wise.... am growing out most of the kits.  Then his mane came in and I was doubly (is that a word?) glad I kept him.  : )

Manely's Vegas (Sablept.) FOR SALE
Sire:  Mossy Possum's Graphite (Sablept.)
Dam: KP's Tinsel Town (Frosted Pearl)
DOB:  March 2008
This little guy is POL for type (though his sister Shine has a better mane) , and VERY sweet - melts my heart every time I see him patiently waiting for me at the door... his points could be darker (frosty influence) but hopefully that won't detract from his showability.
Manely's Slate (Siamese Sable) For Sale
Sire:  Mossy Possum's Graphite (sablept)
Dam:  Legendary's Missing (Pointed White)
DOB: March 2008
My buck for pointed white/rew program - very nice short body, clean face, ears wooly at the moment!
unshowable colours for bucks are on the AOV page now... reds and tri-colour!
Manely's Crush (Sablepoint)
Sire:  Bunny Hutch's Passion (Sablepoint)
Dam:  Bearly Sweet's Brooklyn (REW)
DOB:  May 2008
This little guy is POL for type and carries REW which I would like in a buck.  Hope his mane/wool comes in nice like his dad's did!
Interesting note re bucks in lionheads:
Apparently the mane gene may be sex linked... ever wonder why the doe's manes hold much longer and thicker in Sr stock?  Well if you neuter a buck and or don't use him for breeding, they hold a much stronger fuller mane as a Sr!  Also comes back much nicer in older years when their hormone levels begin to drop off... very interesting!  So that just adds to the challenge of showing Sr. bucks and also will make it very hard to COD holders to get their Sr. bucks to stand up to the standard committee at presenting times.  Ideally if the standard was changed to allow for Sr bucks to have a smaller/shorter mane, then it would be much easier to pass (in my opinion).
Manely's Triumph (Sablepoint)

Sire:  Bunny Hutch's Passion (Sablept.)
Dam:  Legendary's Missing (Br. Pointed White)
DOB:  June 2008
I'm keeping this guy for fun to do some breedings for brokens - this litter was out of a bred doe I sold Christina from Getgood's rabbitry.  I got Christy as my pick for the litter, and bought this guy to dabble with brokens again.
